Shilpi is the classic case of a once great restaurant losing its luster over the years and becoming more and more mediocre each passing year. This restaurant has history, one of the oldest in DSNR, and served many of this bustling area's denizens, but unfortunately has t been able to live up to its name and history. The food is passable. Its okay if you're staying alone and have a few bucks and time to cook, and maybe take someone you really want to break up with and then dump him/her there, but apart from that there's really t much that can justify visiting this place. All in all, just avoid this place if you're looking for a good time. However if you're out with friends, family that you don't like, and scheming lawyers and seedy mobsters, this is the place
