This is the most horrible hotel I have been too where the staff is arrogant and are least aware of what the customer service is all about. I went to have a corporate dinner along with the team and the bar as well as the buffet was of poorest of the quality. Furthermore the attitude of the staff was t at all cooperative and they were treating the customers like they are some kind of bagger in the hotel asking for some food.
